  • 2 Boneless chicken breast, cut up bit sized

  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2 -TO 2 ts Salt
  • 3 Stalks of lemon grass: cut up into 2″ pieces, and separated
  • 1 ts Dried crushed red chilis
  • 6 Pieces of dried galangal

Spot the hen, lemon turf and galangal in the soup pot. Add the water and prepare over medium for about 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients in addition to simmer pertaining to 20 minutes.
