Stir-Fried Rice Noodles

  • 8 oz (1/8 inch wide) rice noodles

  • 1 tb Lime juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 4 tb Crushed roasted peanuts
  • 1/8 ts Red (cayenne) pepper — (finely crushed)
